MEET OUR FOUNDER
Ricardo Cunningham — 21 Years of Special Needs Expertise
As a boy, Ricardo Cunningham spent hours helping his aunt — a year older than him and living with Down syndrome — build the confidence to ride a bike and play the games other kids played. That experience became a calling.
Over the next 21 years, Ricardo built LCF Kids into a trusted therapeutic fitness program in Falls Church, VA, helping hundreds of children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other developmental differences build strength, coordination, and confidence.
Ricardo holds an MBA and a B.S. in Health Fitness and Recreation Resources from George Mason University. His complete 5-book library for parents is included free with our Complete Family Bundle package.
Ricardo's book library includes:
- Adaptive Fitness & Gross Motor Development
- Navigating the Spectrum
- Adaptive Sports Fundamentals
- How to Ride a Bike in 24-Hours
- 60 Motor Development Activities for Kids
Every LCF Kids and LCF Adults program is backed by Ricardo's 21 years of hands-on experience helping individuals with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other developmental differences build strength, coordination, and confidence.
